The Spoon Train family tree seems to grow fast in springtime, just like a normal tree! In february, we were fortunate to see the young pop genius Einar Stray supporting our friend Sjur in The Little Hands of Asphalt at Betong, Oslo, and we were completely blown away by the young mans skills.
You’d think the Spoon Train crew was to busy with the Oslo! compilation, playing in our own bands, celebrating spring or whatever. WRONG. We are still stickin it to the man, and by that I mean release great music!
Our next release is the amazing Cold Mailman and his/their album How to escape cause and effect.
We have figured out that the indie pop revelation Oslo is going through these days cannot pass unnoticed. Therefore, we are proud to announce that the 31st of march we release an amazing compilation of indie pop from Oslo.
